Is it illegal for a finance company to do collections on a military installation?

Finance or loan company and half of our customers are soldiers.

      It depends upon whether it is an “open post”. If you can’t collect from them, don’t loan them money.

      i have a freind in the military and I believe she told me they wouldn’t allow collections on the military base.
